Headland's Hearth Single Malt Whisky

Our rare Ontario grain-to-glass single malt whisky was fermented and distilled on site in picturesque Prince Edward County.  SILVER medal winner from the Canadian Artisan Spirit Awards. 

This single barrel release is 100% malted barley aged in a cask brought back from Scotland and finished in a Oloroso sherry cask for a distinctive expression of a single malt whisky. 

Medium body, bright with balanced smoky notes, dried apricot, chocolate and toasted nuts.
