Kinsip House of Fine Spirits
Kinsip is a family business, whose guiding principle is rooted in an appreciation of family and the fulfillment found in building community. We craft products together to reflect and accentuate the quality of the moment and feel strongly life is worthy of celebrating the small moments as well as the grand.
Currently, our products are sold through our farm-based retail store, online and approximately 100 LCBO stores. Additionally, we produce a full line of cocktail bitters and barrel aged maple syrup which are sold in a variety of fine food shops throughout the region, the province and now across Canada through our partnership with Indigo.

Maria & Michael
Maria and Michael are building a special place for people to appreciate and celebrate fine spirits with family and friends. Maria’s family has been distilling in Bulgaria for generations making a heady eau-de-vie from apricots grown on her family’s orchard. Michael was inspired to produce exceptional spirits by the history of the farm and the artisanal beverage and culinary community of the County.
They are honoured to be working with a highly skilled and dedicated team who add their unique perspectives to Kinsip. Maria and the experience team welcome guests at the Kinsip farm, and Michael and the distilling team craft our spirits. Maria is a recipient of a WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits.
Maria and Michael foster a unique and inclusive workplace in the spirits world. They are dedicated to gender equality, LGBTQ representation and First Nations reconciliation.
