The annual Gourmet Food & Wine Expo is held in November at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, North Building. Each year the Expo offers 42,000 guests an unparalleled opportunity to sample over 1,500 fine wines, spirits and beers from around the globe. We will be joining local growers and makers of craft beer & cider in this family friendly fall event.
Homegrown is taking place on Saturday, Oct. 21 at the Crystal Palace fairgrounds. The County will serve as a natural hub of the region’s growing craft beverage scene, hosting Kinsip along with more than 25 craft brewers (from Cobourg to Kingston!) of beer and cider, plus local food vendors.
There will also be live music, local food, and harvest-themed games and activities for tall and small.

Three days of family fun, Cultivate: A Festival of Food and Drink celebrates local food, drink, art and culture through promotion, education and collaboration.
Tons of locally grown and crafted food choices; the very best craft beer, wine, cider and spirits; live, interactive art installations; educational workshops; open-ended and creative children’s play area and 24 hours of live music. Intimate and engaging, Cultivate is located in a green-space in the heart of downtown Port Hope, Ontario.

After six, exciting years in the UK, The Big Feastival is coming to Canada this August! Delivering an extravaganza of delicious food sound-tracked by perfect summer sounds, this weekend of top entertainment will host star appearances from the food, music and children’s entertainment world plus camping (and glamping!). Facilities in the idyllic Burl’s Creek allows for festival-goers to get back to nature, chill out and top off their big day out with a night under canvas.
If you love cheese, you will love the seventh edition of #TGCCF—now the biggest artisan cheese show in North America. There will be more than 200 cheeses made by artisan producers from Atlantic Canada to British Columbia to sample and purchase. You’ll be able to meet cheesemakers themselves, including many from Québec. All in all, there will be an estimated 500 foods and beverages on offer from 130+ cheese producers, specialty food producers, small-batch wineries, craft breweries, craft cideries, a distillery and other exhibitors and vendors – much more than you can take in during one day, so plan to make a weekend of it!
